Dental Hygienist - Part-Time Mid Valley Dental is a family-oriented, dentist-owned practice committed to providing exceptional care to both our patients and our team members. We are currently seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team on a part-time basis , with the potential for the position to grow into full-time hours in 1-2 years. We are open to candidates of all experience levels, and new graduates are welcome to apply . We are happy to provide training and support to the right individual! Schedule We are looking for availability on: Mondays Tuesdays Fridays Specific hours and the number of days worked each week can be discussed based on the candidate's availability and the needs of the practice. Potential for increased hours and full-time employment in the future based on interest. What You'll Do Provide compassionate, personalized dental hygiene care and patient education Perform dental cleanings and preventive hygiene services Take digital dental radiographs Partner with our dentists to communicate recommended treatment and care to patients Apply prophylactic/antibacterial materials, sealants and topical fluoride treatments Perform oral health screenings and monitoring procedures Provide laser hygiene therapy; our office will provide financial assistance for laser certification Administer local anesthetic What We're Looking For Active Wisconsin Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License Strong commitment to patient care and professionalism Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Previous dental hygiene experience (preferred) Familiarity with Eaglesoft dental software (preferred) Experience with laser hygiene therapy (preferred) Why Join Us?
