Job Description

Treatment Coordinator - Shorewood Dental Office Our Shorewood dental office is looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Treatment Coordinator to join our close-knit team. Our office specializes in prosthodontics while still feeling like a neighborhood dental practice. We value quality time with patients, long-term relationships, and a calm, supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and reassuring demeanor, strong communication skills, and the confidence to discuss dental treatment and financial arrangements with patients. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious dental assistant or experienced front office team member looking to grow professionally.
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday:
7:30 AM - 4:00
PM Wednesday:
7:30 AM - 1:00
PM Responsibilities:
Open and prepare the front office for the day Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist patients with scheduling Check patients in and out and collect payments Verify insurance information and explain dental benefits Coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements Help patients understand upcoming treatment and timelines Track unscheduled treatment and follow up with patients Coordinate with referring offices and specialists as needed Maintain an organized and welcoming front office environment Support schedule flow for the doctor and hygienist
Qualifications:
Previous dental experience required Dentrix experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable discussing finances and treatment plans Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Compensation:
Hourly rate based on experience Health, dental, and retirement benefits available following introductory period
