Laramie Dental Arts, P.C. is looking for a passionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team in Laramie, WY! Responsibilities:

Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal procedures for patients of all ages Incorporate available dental laser technology into hygiene services to support periodontal health and enhance clinical outcomes Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and cancer screenings Take and review dental radiographs in accordance with practice protocols Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, home care, and preventive strategies Document accurate patient records and update medical/dental histories in the practice management system Collaborate with the dentist to develop individualized patient treatment plans Apply preventive treatments such as fluoride, sealants, and desensitizing agents as indicated

Requirements:

Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Wyoming or ability to obtain one Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program Current CPR/BLS certification Proficiency in digital radiography and dental practice management software Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first attitude Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dental team Experience in periodontal therapy and preventive dental care preferred Why work with us?
