•18/Hour | 3.5-4.5 Day Workweek | PTO | Paid Holidays | Employee Orthodontic Benefit | Paid Training Making Smiles Orthodontics is looking for a dependable, energetic Sterilization Technician to join our team. No dental experience is required. Paid training is provided. This position offers the opportunity to cross-train and grow into orthodontic assisting as skills are developed. Employees who demonstrate strong attendance, reliability, performance, and clinical competency may become eligible for additional responsibilities and increased compensation. What You'll Do Sterilize and prepare instruments Clean and turn over treatment chairs and clinical areas Restock supplies and keep the clinical area organized Help maintain proper sterilization and infection-control procedures Assist with orthodontic records and other clinical tasks as trained Learn basic orthodontic terminology, tooth numbers, instruments, brackets, and wires Help keep the clinical schedule running smoothly What We're Looking For Excellent attendance and punctuality Dependable and responsible Strong attention to detail Able to follow instructions and established systems Comfortable working quickly and staying busy Good communication and teamwork skills Willing to learn, accept feedback, and develop new skills Schedule Approximately 3.5-4.5 days per week, including approximately one Friday per month. Experience Dental or healthcare experience is helpful, but not required. Pay $16

•18 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
