The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in orthodontics with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. As an Orthodontic Clinician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive orthodontic treatment, supporting patient management, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to work with advanced dental technology and contribute to improving patients' oral health and smiles. Responsibilities Perform orthodontic assessments, including clinical examinations, radiographs, and digital scans using 3D scanners and other imaging equipment. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients requiring braces, aligners, or other orthodontic appliances. Assist with chairside procedures such as bracket placement, wire adjustments, and appliance management while maintaining high standards of infection prevention and aseptic technique. Manage patient records accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, appliance care, and treatment progress to promote optimal outcomes. Maintain sterilization procedures for dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control policies. Support the dental reception team by managing patient scheduling, answering inquiries related to orthodontic treatments, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Stay updated on advancements in orthodontics, dental materials, and technology to enhance clinical practice. Qualifications Valid licensure as an Orthodontic Clinician or equivalent credential in your region. Proven experience in orthodontics and general dentistry within a clinical setting. Familiarity with medical documentation standards including medical coding and record keeping. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, oral surgery procedures, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry as they relate to orthodontics. Experience operating dental equipment such as X-ray machines, 3D scanners, and medical imaging devices. Knowledge of infection prevention management practices including sterilization procedures and aseptic techniques. Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration. Ability to adhere strictly to clinical confidentiality policies while managing sensitive patient information.
