Duties Prepare treatment rooms with dental instruments, supplies, and sterilized equipment, adhering to strict infection prevention management and aseptic techniques Assist oral surgeons during procedures such as tooth extractions, dental implants, biopsies, and other oral surgeries with precision and confidence Take and develop dental X-rays and 3D scans using advanced medical imaging technology while ensuring patient safety and comfort Manage patient records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems like WinOms, maintaining clinical confidentiality policies at all times Monitor vital signs and provide patient care before, during, and after procedures to ensure optimal comfort and safety Educate patients on post-operative care instructions, including infection control practices and medication guidelines Support dental sterilization procedures for instruments and equipment to uphold the highest standards of infection prevention management Qualifications Proven experience in dental clinic settings with knowledge of dental terminology, equipment, and procedures Familiarity with EMR systems such as WinOms for efficient medical documentation and records management Strong understanding of infection control protocols including dental sterilization procedures and aseptic techniques Knowledge of oral surgery techniques, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry is highly desirable Ability to perform chairside assisting with four-handed dentistry techniques in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages, including pediatrics Certification in X-ray technology and proficiency in taking dental X-rays and medical imaging is required Join our team where your skills will make a meaningful difference!
