We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Entry-Level CAD/CAM Scanner to join our growing team. We are open to hiring either a full-time or part-time team member, depending on the candidate's availability and experience. No previous dental laboratory or CAD/CAM experience is required. Experience is appreciated, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has strong computer and technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly. Position Overview The CAD/CAM Scanner is responsible for preparing dental cases for the digital production process. This includes reviewing case information, entering and verifying data, scanning physical models, 3-D Printing, downloading and organizing digital files, and ensuring cases are accurately prepared for the next stage of production. This position plays an important role in maintaining an efficient workflow and requires someone who can work independently, stay organized, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Review incoming cases, prescriptions, and accompanying instructions to ensure all necessary information is complete and accurate. Scan dental models and cases using CAD/CAM scanning equipment. Prepare posterior, anterior, diagnostic, implant, and other dental cases for the digital design process. Download, organize, and process digital scans, prescriptions, and related case files. Accurately enter and maintain case information within internal software systems. Upload and submit digital files to internal departments and external production partners as needed. Follow doctor preferences, prescription instructions, and internal case notes. Verify that files, scans, and case information are complete before submission. Identify missing or unclear information and communicate with the appropriate team members. Maintain organized digital records and follow established workflows and procedures. Assist with incoming digital case processing and other CAD/CAM department responsibilities. Learn and operate CAD/CAM equipment and software as training and experience progress. Assist with additional production or technical duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications The following experience is appreciated but not required : Previous CAD/CAM, scanning, or digital production experience. Experience working with computers, technical equipment, or digital files. 3-D Printing Knowledge of dental terminology or dental anatomy. Experience in a dental office, dental laboratory, manufacturing, or production environment. Experience with data entry or detail-oriented administrative work. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment where priorities may change throughout the day. Available Schedules Full-Time:

Monday-Friday |10:00 am - 7:00pm

Part-Time:

Monday-Friday | 3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Some scheduling flexibility may be available, including a 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. schedule. Position is on-site at our El Dorado Hills, California dental laboratory.
