Position Summary:

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience as a Removable Dental Technician and a great work ethic. Must be experienced in all phases of removable appliances fabrication, processing and finishing. Must have experience working with and processing various digital scans and modeless cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Full & Partial Fabrication:

Perform start-to-end production of prosthetics, including denture teeth set-up, wax, process, and finish.

Digital Integration:

Utilize CAD/CAM scanning and design software to create high-precision digital dentures and frameworks.

• Use strong communication skills to engage in problem-solving and treatment planning directly with dentists to ensure successful case outcomes.
• Ensure cases move accurately through the lab, confirming that final results match doctor prescriptions.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Able to closely follow dentist instructions and able to produce quality work
• Must be experienced in all phases of removable appliances fabrication, processing and finishing including but not limited to: Valplast, nightguards, snore appliances
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Familiarity with dental lab equipment and materials
