In this role, you will utilize advanced computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software to create precise dental prostheses, including crowns, bridges. Your expertise will ensure the production of high-quality, custom dental prosthetics that meet patient needs and clinical specifications. Header Responsibilities Design and develop detailed 3D models of dental restorations using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and aesthetic appeal. Operate CAM equipment to fabricate dental prostheses with precision. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all fabrication processes in compliance with HIPAA and infection control protocols. Work with STL files to create accurate digital models. Maintain quality standards and meet production deadlines. Collaborate with technicians to ensure precise and efficient production. Header Experience Experience with STL files and 3D dental design . Proficiency with CAD software and 3D modeling programs (such as Blender or similar). Dental CAD/CAM experience is strongly preferred . Experience with Exocad, 3Shape, or other dental design software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to interpret dental impressions, intraoral scans, and other digital data for accurate model creation. Knowledge of dental terminology related to prosthodontics, ceramics, and complete denture fabrication is highly desirable.
