We specialize in the installation, repair, maintenance, relocation, and refurbishment of dental equipment. Our reputation is built on quality workmanship, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. We're looking for an experienced Field Service Technician who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and taking pride in delivering quality work. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain dental equipment at customer offices Service dental chairs, delivery units, lights, sterilizers, compressors, vacuums, X-ray equipment, and related systems Diagnose electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic, and electronic issues Document diagnostics, repairs, recommendations, and service performed Generate repair estimates when needed Coordinate with the office to complete service calls efficiently Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, tools, and inventory Provide professional customer service on every job When field service work is unavailable, technicians are expected to remain productive by assisting with shop repairs, equipment preparation, warehouse operations, inventory, training, and other operational tasks. Qualifications 3+ years of field service, equipment repair, or technical service experience Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals Excellent problem-solving abilities Strong communication and customer service skills Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and move equipment when required Dental equipment experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with experience in medical equipment, HVAC, industrial equipment, automotive, electrical, or mechanical repair are encouraged to apply.
