Join Our Team Quality Crowns Dental Lab is a rapidly growing, full-service dental laboratory serving dentists throughout the United States. We are looking for an experienced Crown & Bridge Technician who takes pride in producing highly esthetic, functional restorations and enjoys working in a collaborative, technology-driven environment. Position Summary As a Crown & Bridge Technician, you will be responsible for fabricating and finishing high-quality fixed restorations while working closely with our technical team to ensure every case meets our quality standards. This position is ideal for an experienced technician who enjoys both traditional craftsmanship and modern digital workflows. Primary Responsibilities Fixed Prosthetics Fabricate and finish zirconia restorations Contour, stain, and glaze monolithic zirconia Build and finish layered zirconia restorations Evaluate contacts, margins, occlusion, and anatomy Implant Restorations Assemble implant cases Verify implant components Finish implant-supported crowns and bridges Assist with implant troubleshooting when needed Digital Workflow Review intraoral scans Work with CAD/CAM workflows Verify digital margins Assist with case quality control prior to milling or finishing Collaborate with digital design technicians Quality Control Inspect restorations prior to shipment Verify fit, shade, occlusion, and esthetics Communicate with technicians and management regarding case concerns Maintain consistent quality standards Qualifications Required Minimum 3-5 years Crown & Bridge laboratory experience Strong understanding of dental anatomy and occlusion Experience with zirconia restorations Experience staining and glazing High attention to detail Ability to work independently Positive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred Experience with digital dental workflows CAD/CAM experience Exocad experience Implant restoration experience Experience with multilayer zirconia Experience with cosmetic anterior restorations What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: ✔ Takes pride in producing beautiful restorations ✔ Enjoys solving challenging cases ✔ Values quality over shortcuts ✔ Works well within a team ✔ Wants to continue learning and growing ✔ Understands the importance of communication Why Join Quality Crowns Dental Lab?
