We are a full-service state-of-the-art dental laboratory specializing in a wide variety of dental procedures. If you are looking for an opportunity in one of the highest growth areas of digital dentistry , PDS is the place to be, and all we need is you! We are looking for a Dental Lab Technician experienced in operating 3D printers with liquid light-cured resins to fabricate precise dental appliances and models from digital scans. The ideal candidate will also artistically paint, stain and glaze dental prosthetics to transform them into highly realistic, durable prosthetics. Position Requirements Maintain Printers (Sprint Ray/Carbon). Design and Finish NightGuards. QC Crown & Bridge. Print and post-process guides/arches/nightguards/models using Sprint Ray/Carbon Printers. Design Jigs. Intake cases from Sirona Connect. Scan Cases. Mill & Green State Crown & Bridge. Stain and glaze PMMA/Printed Temporaries. Apply stain and glaze to PMMA and printed temporary restorations to enhance their natural appearance and esthetics. Finish temporary PMMAs as needed. Adhere to timely completion of cases. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients. Display professional, courteous manner. Demonstrate flexibility to provide support in other production areas of the lab as needed. Maintain confidentiality with all Company related information. Other duties as needed.
