Sterilization Assistant

• 22/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Included Skyline Dental, a well-established general and cosmetic practice serving Thousand Oaks since 2007, is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Sterilization Assistant to join our team.

What you'll do Clean, sterilize, and package instruments following CDC and OSHA guidelines Operate and maintain autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners, and keep sterilization logs Turn over and disinfect treatment rooms between patients Keep instruments, trays, and supplies stocked and organized Support the clinical team so the day runs smoothly What we're looking for Reliable, organized, and careful about the details Able to work at a steady pace and stand for long periods Dental office or sterilization experience is a plus, but we will train the right person Willing to complete California-required infection control, Dental Practice Act, and CPR/BLS training (we'll help you get it done) Schedule Full-time, approximately 36-40 hours per week
