Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Technician specializing in Zirkonzahn systems to join our dynamic dental laboratory team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of digital and traditional laboratory techniques, with a focus on fabricating high-quality dental prostheses. As an Experienced Dental Technician - Zirkonzahn, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, and finishing complex dental restorations, including full arch restorations and implant-supported prostheses, utilizing advanced CAD/CAM technology. This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge digital design software and state-of-the-art equipment to deliver precise and durable prosthetic solutions that enhance patient outcomes. Responsibilities Utilize Zirkonzahn CAD/CAM software for digital design and modeling of dental restorations, including crowns, bridges, dentures, and implant-supported prostheses. Fabricate and finish dental prostheses with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring optimal fit, function, and aesthetics. Operate and maintain advanced dental equipment such as milling machines, 3D printers, and other laboratory tools in accordance with infection control protocols. Collaborate closely with clinicians to interpret treatment plans and provide technical insights for complex cases such as full arch restorations and removable prosthodontics. Apply comprehensive knowledge of ceramics, dental materials, and laboratory techniques to produce durable and natural-looking restorations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with: Zirkonzahn CAD/CAM workflows Zirkonzahn milling systems Zirconia design, milling, sintering, and finishing Crown & bridge restorations Full-arch / implant-supported restorations Digital case planning and troubleshooting Maintaining consistent quality and production standards Join our team as an Experienced Dental Technician - Zirkonzahn to contribute your expertise in delivering exceptional restorative solutions that improve patient satisfaction and clinical success!
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 32.0 per week
