Our orthodontic offices in Avon/Torrington are looking for a positive, energetic, detail-oriented person to join our team as an Orthodontic Sterilization & Records Technician . No orthodontic experience? That's okay! We'll train the right person. This is a great starting position for someone who wants to get into healthcare and eventually become an Orthodontic Assistant working directly with patients. What will you be doing? Sterilizing instruments & keeping our clinical areas spotless Working with computers and digital patient records Taking patient photos Learning digital intraoral scanning Working with 3D printers & orthodontic technology Making retainers and other orthodontic appliances Helping with marketing & social media Supporting our orthodontic assistants and doctor We're looking for someone who: Has a great attitude and a genuine smile Is dependable, organized & meticulous Learns quickly and takes direction well Is comfortable with technology Enjoys working with people Can keep up in a busy, fast-paced environment Wants to learn and grow rather than simply clock in and out
