We are looking for a talented and motivated technician with a minimum of 3 years of dental laboratory experience who is interested in continuing to develop their skills and growing professionally within a modern clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have strong aesthetic skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of oral and dental anatomy . We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and is interested in producing high-quality restorations while continuing to learn new techniques and expand their knowledge. Bespoke Dental Prosthetics is an independently owned lab, continuously working with new clients. We are seeking a motivated individual willing to grow and maintain increasing production volumes. What You'll Do Ceramic layering Finishing different types of dental restorations, including zirconia and E.max restorations Staining, glazing, contouring, and final characterization of restorations Investing and pressing E.max restorations Physical model work and model fabrication Fabrication and finishing of crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant restorations Evaluate restorations for margins, contours, contacts, occlusion, function, and esthetics Work with doctors and the dental team to achieve excellent clinical and aesthetic results Evaluate cases and communicate with the clinical team when adjustments or clarification are needed Maintain accuracy and consistency while meeting case deadlines Maintain laboratory inventory and supplies Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Follow laboratory protocols and quality-control standards Work collaboratively with other members of the dental and laboratory team Continue learning and developing new laboratory techniques and skills What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of dental laboratory experience Proven experience as a dental lab ceramist Strong understanding of dental and oral anatomy Strong aesthetic sense and the ability to create natural-looking restorations Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Experience working with zirconia and E.max restorations Experience with ceramic layering, staining, glazing, and finishing Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines Self-motivated, dependable, and organized Willingness to learn new techniques, materials, and technologies Desire to grow professionally and contribute ideas in a collaborative environment Good understanding of dental implant systems and implant-supported restorations is preferred Implant-system experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate Preferred but Not Required Experience with 3Shape or exocad Strong CAD/CAM knowledge Experience designing implant restorations Experience with different implant systems and components CDT certification Why Join Bespoke Dental Prosthetics?
