What You'll Do As an Orthodontic Assistant, you'll: Provide chairside assistance during orthodontic appointments Help prepare treatment areas, sterilize instruments, and keep the flow smooth Support patients throughout their visits with clear communication and friendly reassurance Maintain accurate treatment notes and updates in our electronic system Cross-train to support the administrative team: Patient check-in and check-out, scheduling and patient recall, answering phones and helping with general office tasks Collaborate with the team to keep our days running efficiently (and with lots of smiles!) What We're Looking For Excellent communication and people skills aka you're a natural at making patients feel at ease Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but we're happy to train the right person Positive, team-oriented attitude

40 hours/week

Schedule:

4-day work week (4x10 schedule available), no weekends!

Pay:

$25.00 - $36.00/hour (based on experience)
