Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Technician - Ceramist to join our dynamic dental laboratory team. In this vital role, you will craft high-quality dental prostheses, including crowns, bridges, veneers, and full arch restorations. Your expertise in dental ceramics will ensure precise, functional, and aesthetically pleasing restorations that meet the highest standards of patient care. Duties Fabricate dental prostheses such as crowns, bridges, veneers, and full arch restorations using ceramics and other materials Perform Dental Ceramic techniques including layering, staining, glazing, and finishing of ceramic restorations for optimal aesthetics and durability Collaborate closely with CAD/CAM department to interpret prescriptions and treatment plans to ensure precise prosthetic fabrication. Assist with custom shading appointments. Ensure all work complies with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and medical records management. Experience Proven laboratory experience as a Dental Ceramist with a strong portfolio of ceramic restorations. Extensive knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion principles. Hands-on experience with digital design for dental prosthetics using CAD/CAM software a plus. Familiarity with implantology procedures and full arch dental restoration techniques Ability to interpret dental prescriptions accurately while applying dental terminology effectively.
