Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Laboratory Technician to join our full-service dental laboratory. This position is a great opportunity for someone with some hands-on experience in a dental laboratory or related field who is looking to continue developing their skills. The ideal candidate does not need to be a master-level technician. We are looking for someone who has a basic understanding of dental laboratory work, is willing to learn, and takes pride in producing quality work. You will have the opportunity to learn from an experienced master technician and develop your skills across a variety of dental laboratory procedures. Responsibilities Assist with the fabrication and finishing of dental restorations Work with crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, and other dental laboratory products Read and understand dental prescriptions and case instructions Assist with digital and traditional laboratory workflows Check cases for proper fit, contacts, occlusion, margins, and overall quality Make basic adjustments and corrections as needed Maintain accurate case records and meet production deadlines Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Work closely with other laboratory team members Learn and develop new dental laboratory techniques and procedures Qualifications Some dental laboratory experience is preferred, but not required Dental or dental laboratory knowledge is a plus Strong attention to detail Good hand skills and ability to work with precision Willingness to learn and take direction Reliable and dependable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organizational and time-management skills CAD/CAM or digital dentistry experience is a plus Implant experience is a plus What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who has a foundation to build on or a strong interest in learning the dental laboratory trade. This is not a master-level position. The right candidate will be someone who is eager to learn, improve their skills, and grow with our laboratory while working alongside a master technician.

Pay:

$16.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
