This isn't a job where you'll spend every day doing the same thing. Some days you'll be troubleshooting equipment in a dental office. Other days you'll be rebuilding a chair in our shop, installing a complete operatory, or helping bring older equipment back to like-new condition. We're looking for someone who enjoys figuring things out, takes pride in quality workmanship, and doesn't need someone looking over their shoulder every five minutes. If you're the type of technician who leaves things better than you found them, you'll fit in well here. At Superior Dental Works, we build long-term relationships with our customers by doing things the right way. We care about craftsmanship, reliability, continuous improvement, and treating people with respect. We expect a lot from each other, but we also give our team the tools, trust, and support to succeed. What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair dental equipment in customer offices throughout Florida. Install dental chairs, delivery units, lights, sterilizers, compressors, vacuums, X-ray equipment, and other dental systems. Rebuild, refurbish, and test equipment in our Orlando facility. Disassemble equipment for painting, upholstery, and component refurbishment. Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections. Test and quality-check equipment before it leaves our shop. Explain repairs and recommendations clearly to customers. Keep accurate service documentation and communicate parts needs. Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe shop. Assist with equipment deliveries, warehouse activities, and special projects as needed. What We're Looking For Experience repairing and installing dental equipment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently while being a dependable teammate. Someone who takes ownership of their work and genuinely cares about doing a great job. Professional, respectful, and customer-focused. Comfortable learning new equipment and continuously improving your skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and move equipment as required. Bonus Points If You Have Experience With A-dec Midmark Belmont Pelton & Crane DCI Air Techniques Statim Tuttnauer Midmark sterilizers and utility equipment Why Join Us? We're not a giant corporation, and we're not trying to be. We're building a team of people who enjoy solving problems, making things better, and taking pride in their work. You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of equipment, continue learning your craft, and make a real impact on the company as we grow. If you're looking for a place where quality matters, your work is appreciated, and you can help build something special, we'd love to talk.
