We pride ourselves on precision and a streamlined workflow. We are currently looking for a meticulous and reliable Dental Laboratory Assistant to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of quality. The Role at a
Glance Status:
Part-Time (Potential to grow into Full-Time)
Location:
East Boise Compensation:
Competitive and based on experience.
Environment:
Efficient and focused; you will frequently be working independently. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be a vital part of our production cycle.
Your daily tasks will include:
Digital Prep:
Utilizing software to accurately position dental restorations for the milling process.
Equipment Management:
Managing dental mills, swapping adapters, and ensuring machines are running efficiently.
Detail Work:
Carefully removing restorations from milling disks and removing connectors without damaging fragile materials.
Finishing:
Polishing restorations to meet high-quality standards.
Quality Control:
Cleaning, packaging, and preparing cases for delivery.
Logistics:
Occasional delivery of finished cases to local dental practices. Potential for case design based on experience. What We Are Looking For Paramount Attention to
Detail:
You take pride in your work and notice the small things that others might miss.
Fine Motor Skills:
You must be comfortable handling very small, fragile dental crowns and using precision hand tools.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in Windows environments. You should be able to navigate new software with ease and confidence.
Self-Reliant & Reliable:
Because you will often be working alone, you must be a self-starter who is dependable and capable of managing tasks without constant supervision.
Professionalism:
A professional demeanor and a valid driver's license are required for occasional client deliveries.
Preference to:
