The Chairside Specialist is responsible for providing clinical support to our customers in a dental lab and office setting. In addition, this position is responsible for building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with ODL's internal and external full arch team to enhance the customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

The key objectives of the Chairside Specialist are as follows: Be a liaison between Ottawa Dental Laboratory and dental offices Assist dentists with clinical procedures, such as traditional conversions & over denture chairside pick ups Implement a digital full arch workflow to ODL customers by utilizing photogrammetry technology Perform IOS scan in-office to support digital workflows Operate iCam and 3D printers in-office to deliver same day provisionals Finish PMMAs Check appointment book regularly for additions or revisions to chairside schedules and/or special instructions Requisition supplies as needed and keep all necessary equipment maintained and sterilized Participate in continuing education to keep up with dental trends and knowledge Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned Live and uphold

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8-9 hours per day We will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.
