Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Cognitive Implementation Engineer for an Onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chicago, IL. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is responsible for building business process networks using a virtual assistant technology that integrates into other systems with a focus on user experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate feasibility, gather technical requirements, and optimize processes throughout the development cycle.

Responsibilities:

Implement processes into the Virtual Assistant using the BPMN standard

Build and maintain a script library that can be used across multiple domains

Perform unit testing during the development phase, ensuring adequate error handling is established

Provide timely resolution or workarounds when bugs or outages occur

Collaborate with other functions to validate feasibility, obtain technical requirements, and ensure the process is optimized during the development cycle

Requirements:

• Good understanding of at least one scripting language such as JavaScript or Groovy
• Understanding of OOP concepts
• Experienced in DevOps and agile methodology (Jira)
• Experience with integration frameworks like Apache CAMEL or similar technologies such as Mulesoft
• Understanding of various web services like REST and/or SOAP
• Excellent written and verbalmunication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability tomunicate to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Desired skills:

Hands-on expertise designing and implementing AI conversational experiences via chatbots or virtual assistants at an enterprise scale

Pay range: $63.68 - $71.68 per hour
