Job Description

Trout Dental Laboratory is growing and seeking a detail‑driven Full‑Arch Denture Setup Technician to join our high‑efficiency removable team. This role focuses on full‑arch denture setups , including esthetic tooth arrangement, occlusal harmony, and consistent case quality across analog and hybrid workflows. If you have experience with denture setups — or you're a skilled removable tech ready to specialize — this position offers structured workflows, modern digital tools, and a supportive environment where craftsmanship matters. Key ResponsibilitiesFull‑Arch Denture Setup & Esthetics Set full‑arch dentures (upper and lower) using proper occlusal schemes and esthetic principles Arrange teeth for try‑ins, wax setups, and final processing Evaluate midline, occlusal plane, vertical dimension, lip support, and phonetics Collaborate with leadership to maintain consistent esthetic standards across cases Case Management & Workflow Execution Review prescriptions, impressions, scans, and case notes for accuracy Follow established step‑by‑step workflows for full‑arch removable cases Communicate case needs, missing information, or clinical concerns Maintain accurate labeling and organization throughout production Fabrication & Finishing Support Assist with wax-ups, festooning, and esthetic contouring Support processing, finishing, and polishing as needed Participate in hybrid workflows involving printed bases and analog setups Quality & Continuous Improvement Inspect setups for occlusion, esthetics, and functional accuracy Maintain a clean, organized workstation Contribute to workflow improvements as the lab scales Participate in ongoing training to refine removable and full‑arch skills Qualifications Experience in denture setups (full arch or partial) Understanding of occlusion, esthetics, and removable prosthetic principles Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to follow structured workflows and maintain consistency Experience with wax, acrylic, and removable tools Digital experience (3D printing, digital trays, model work) is a plus but not required Reliable, organized, and able to work independently within a small team What We Offer Four‑day workweek (Monday-Thursday) Clear, documented workflows that reduce stress and errors Training and development for full‑arch specialization Modern, calm, organized lab environment Opportunities to grow into hybrid, digital, or advanced removable roles

From $20.00 per hour
