Overview Palmer Dentistry is a patient-focused, comprehensive restorative practice dedicated to high-level clinical outcomes and craftsmanship. We operate a dedicated, fully integrated in-house dental laboratory featuring state-of-the-art digital technology alongside premier analog artistry. We are seeking an aspiring, motivated Denta Lab Technician who wants to take their skill to the next elite level. Responsibilities Support daily lab production including model work, articulation, die trimming and scan preparations. Assist in digital CAD/CAM workflows (design support, nesting, milling, and 3D printing) Prepare restorations for porcelain application, finishing and staining/galzing. Perform finishing, contouring and surface texturing under the direct guidance of our master ceramist. Maintain clean, organized bench areas, calibrate equipment, and manage lab inventory. Requirements 1+years of dental lab experience, bench training, or completion of a recongnized Dental Laboratory Technology program. Solid understanding of tooth anatomy, occlusion, and morphology. Familiarity with digital workflows (3Shape or similar) and standard restorative materials (zirconia, lithium disilicate). High manual dexterity, keen attention to micro-aesthetic detail, and pride in fine craftsmanship. A teachable, growth-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to learn from an experienced master technician.
