Field-Based Compensation:

$90,000-$140,000/year DentCo Dental Lab is hiring an experienced All-on-X/Full-Arch Chairside Conversion Technician to support our client dental offices throughout Massachusetts. This is a travel-based, client-site role . You will work primarily inside dental offices, not at a DentCo facility. Responsibilities Travel to client offices for All-on-X and full-arch conversion cases. Handle the laboratory side of chairside conversions independently. Adjust, finish, polish, repair, and modify immediate-load provisional restorations. Troubleshoot fit, occlusion, restorative space, esthetics, and other technical issues during cases. Work directly with dentists, surgeons, assistants, and DentCo's digital team. Review and make practical chairside modifications in Exocad when needed. Support scanner placements and train doctors and staff on digital scanning workflows. Troubleshoot scanners, digital records, and case-submission issues. Provide technical and clinical support to DentCo customers. Qualifications Extensive experience with All-on-X conversions is a must . Comfortable independently supporting chairside conversion cases. Experience working with Shining 3D Photogrammetry and 3D Printing workflow for Immediate Loading. Ability to finish digital design from start to finish Experience converting dentures as a fallback solution Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle . Willing and able to travel throughout Massachusetts and occasionally New England. Flexible for early starts or longer days when required by surgical schedules. Compensation $90k-$140k per year , based on All-on-X experience, Exocad ability, and technical skill.
