Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Laboratory Technician to join a dynamic dental team for a prosthodontics office. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating high-quality dental prostheses, including crowns, bridges, dentures, and implant restorations, using advanced laboratory techniques and digital design tools. Your expertise will directly contribute to restoring patients' smiles and improving their oral health. Key Laboratory Responsibilities Diagnostic Wax-ups:

Fabricate accurate, highly aesthetic functional wax-ups for comprehensive treatment planning and patient case presentations.

Denture Setups:

Fabrication of Temporaries:

Construct high-quality, durable temporary crowns, bridges, and provisional full-arch restorations The lab work is a part time job. If the candidate is interested in a full time position they can cross training as a dental assistant Clinical & Assisting Responsibilities (Will Cross-Train)

• Transition seamlessly to the clinic floor to assist the prosthodontist during complex restorative, implant, and prosthetic procedures.
• Manage clinical room turnaround, ensuring all custom lab cases and sterile instruments are prepared for scheduled prosthetic appointments. Required Qualifications
• Proven hands-on experience or formal education in dental laboratory technology, specifically with wax-ups, denture setups, or provisional fabrications.
• Exceptional manual dexterity, structural understanding of occlusion, and attention to margin precision.
• Strong desire to learn clinical chairside workflows; a Massachusetts Dental Assistant license or radiology certification is a plus but not required to apply—we will sponsor your path to local licensure.
