We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and patient safety. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that every sterilized instrument plays an important role in delivering exceptional patient care. What You'll Do Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize dental instruments following CDC and OSHA guidelines. Operate and monitor autoclaves and sterilization equipment. Organize and maintain instrument cassettes and treatment setups. Restock operatories and clinical supplies throughout the day. Maintain sterilization logs and quality control records. Perform routine maintenance of sterilization equipment. Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low. Maintain a clean, organized sterilization area and clinical support spaces. Work closely with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to keep the practice running efficiently.
