What You'll Do Design restorations, appliances, and prosthetics using Exocad digital design software Operate and maintain 3D printers to fabricate models, guides, and appliances with precision and accuracy Utilize Meyo shading/coloring systems to achieve accurate, natural-looking restorations Manage the digital workflow from intraoral scan through design, printing, and finishing Troubleshoot design and print quality issues, and refine workflows for efficiency and consistency Partner with Dr. Agarwal and the clinical team to ensure cases meet functional and esthetic goals Stay current on digital dentistry technology, materials, and techniques Contribute to a positive, solution-oriented team culture Support team initiatives, meetings, and growth opportunities What We're Looking For Experience with Exocad or comparable dental CAD/CAM design software Hands-on experience with dental 3D printing and post-processing Familiarity with Meyo coloring/shading systems (or willingness to be trained) Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset Coachable, growth-oriented attitude Strong communicator who values teamwork Positive energy and professionalism Someone who wants to be part of something bigger than just a job Why You'll Love It Here Competitive compensation Leadership that listens and invests in your growth Clear expectations and team-driven goals A supportive environment where your contributions matter Opportunity to grow personally, professionally, and financially A team that truly enjoys working together We're looking for a lab tech who wants to build long-term relationships with patients and teammates alike — someone who takes pride in precise, high-quality digital work and wants to grow with a team that values craftsmanship and collaboration.
