Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Sterile Tech/Dental Assistant I to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, efficient, and well‑organized clinical environment. The Sterile Tech/DAI's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Instrument Sterilization — Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments following ADA and OSHA protocols Tray Preparation — Set up trays with standard dental equipment to support efficient patient flow OSHA Compliance — Observe and maintain all OSHA infection control standards Autoclave Management — Operate, monitor, and maintain sterilization equipment Infection Control Testing — Perform daily and weekly biological monitoring to ensure proper sterility Operatory Turnover — Assist with room turnover and preparation between patients Clinical Support — Provide support to hygienists, including periodontal charting, taking quality radiographs and chairside assistance as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Sterile Tech/DAI required Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Commitment to infection control practices aligned with healthcare industry standards Dental software experience preferred but not required Team‑oriented mindset
