Phelps Family Dentistry is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Sterile Technician to join our growing team! If you enjoy working behind the scenes to help provide exceptional patient care, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Clean, sterilize, and prepare dental instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines. Organize and restock treatment rooms and supply areas. Ensure operatories are clean and ready for patient care. Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient clinical environment. Support the clinical team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Dental experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate! Reliable attendance and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
