Dental Sterilization / Room Turnover Assistant We are a dental practice looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to keep our clinical rooms running smoothly. No dental experience or certification required — we'll train you on everything specific to our office. What you'll do: Process instruments through our sterilization cycle (cleaning, packaging, autoclave) Break down and reset treatment rooms between patients Restock rooms with supplies and PPE Maintain sterilization logs and basic infection-control recordkeeping General light cleaning/organization of clinical areas Physical requirements of the role: Able to stand and move continuously for most of a shift Repetitive hand and wrist movements (handling and packaging instruments) Comfortable working around chemical disinfectants/sterilants with proper PPE What we're looking for: Punctual, dependable, comfortable with a fast-paced environment between patients Comfortable following precise protocols — attention to detail matters for patient safety No experience necessary — we provide full training, including OSHA bloodborne pathogens training

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 32.0 per week
