We are seeking a Dental Lab Lead Technician to oversee the technical operations of our in-house lab. This role ensures that all restorations meet the highest standards in accuracy, fit, and esthetics while guiding lab workflows and maintaining technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical aspects of lab production, including crowns, bridges, veneers, and dentures. Oversee CAD/CAM design and milling processes to ensure precision and efficiency. Review cases for accuracy, esthetics, and adherence to specifications. Troubleshoot technical challenges. Mentor lab staff on technical aspects. Ensure lab equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. Stay current with new materials, technologies, and digital processes to optimize lab quality.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience as a Dental Lab Technician, with a focus on crowns, bridges, veneers, and dentures. Strong expertise in CAD/CAM software and digital milling systems. Exceptional attention to detail, technical precision, and problem-solving skills. Ability to guide and train other technicians in advanced lab techniques.
