The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of CAD software and its application in the medical and dental fields. Implant a must. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and knowledge of anatomy, all type of dental implants,dental terminology, and medical records to support the design and fabrication of dental devices and other medical equipment. The CAD Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and quality in all designs while adhering to industry standards. Responsibilities Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs for dental devices and medical equipment. Collaborate with dental professionals to understand specific requirements for various projects. Ensure all designs comply with relevant medical standards and regulations. Maintain accurate records of designs, modifications, and project specifications. Conduct patient assessments as needed to inform design decisions. Implement infection control measures throughout the design process. Stay updated on advancements in CAD technology and dental fabrication techniques. Assist in the training of junior staff on CAD software and best practices. Experience The ideal candidate will have: Proficiency in CAD software with a focus on applications within the medical or dental fields. Knowledge of anatomy, dental terminology, and medical terminology is essential. Familiarity with patient assessment processes and medical coding practices. Experience with infection control protocols and aseptic techniques. Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
