at Premier Rheumatology of Oklahoma! Premier Rheumatology of Oklahoma is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our thriving Rheumatology practice in Glenpool, OK. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to provide quality healthcare to patients as part of our team environment. This provider obtains patient history, diagnoses and manages various disease states via observation, interview, and examination, orders and interprets diagnostic studies, and provides direct treatment and management of rheumatological conditions. The nurse practitioner counsels and educates patients and their families/caregivers concerning treatment options, prognoses, disease states, medications, and community resources, and accurately and efficiently documents delivery of health care and nursing processes in accordance with specific specialty standards in EMR (NextGen) software. Salary range is $118,000--$134,000, commensurate with experience. Nurse practitioner must have NPI, current DEA and Prescriptive Authority and be a by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing. A Master's degree of Nursing is required with at least 1 year of experience in a clinic or as a hospitalist. Rheumatology and IV therapy experience are preferred. Maintenance of all certification is required; cost will be covered by Premier Rheumatology of Oklahoma. Pre-employment drug testing required.
