This flexible position provides an excellent introduction to the dental environment and allows you to learn how a dental office operates while working alongside dental professionals. Responsibilities Clean and disinfect treatment rooms and work areas Clean, sterilize, and properly maintain dental instruments Prepare instruments and treatment rooms for patients Follow proper infection-control and sterilization procedures Organize and maintain sterilization areas and supplies Assist the dental team with keeping rooms stocked and ready for patients Follow all office safety and sanitation guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment This position is a great fit for someone who: Has an interest in dentistry and is considering a career in dentistry but wants to explore the field first Is dependable, responsible, and willing to learn Pays close attention to detail Works well independently and as part of a team Takes pride in cleanliness and organization Is comfortable following detailed procedures and safety protocols
