We are expanding our in-house lab and are looking for a Dental Lab Technician with Exocad experience ( not entry level ) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys digital workflows, implant prosthetics, and being part of a collaborative, doctor-driven environment. What You'll Do Design removable and implant prosthetics using Exocad Work on: Complete dentures Single tooth implant and bridge implant restorations All-on-X prototypes and provisionals Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team on case planning and design revisions Prepare files for 3D printing and future in-house milling Assist with finishing, staining, and adjustments as needed Help improve workflows, efficiency, and consistency in our lab What We're Looking For Exocad experience required (or strong digital dental design background) Dental lab experience (removable and/or implant preferred) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Willingness to grow as our digital lab continues to expand Why You'll Like Working Here Specialized practice — no crowns, fillings, or hygiene Modern, growing in-house lab with increasing digital focus Direct collaboration with dentists (your designs matter) Supportive team culture with clear communication Competitive pay based on experience and adding value to the team Full-time, stable position with room to grow
