Sullivan Dental Partners is looking for an experienced Digital Dental Lab Technician to join our in-house laboratory in Nashville. We are a high-volume, technology-driven dental practice with an advanced in-house digital lab focused on cosmetic, restorative, implant, and full-arch dentistry. This is not a traditional production lab, and this is not a removable position. Our technicians work directly alongside our doctors and clinical team—from the initial digital impression and design through milling, printing, finishing, characterization, and final delivery. We want someone who understands both sides of modern dental technology: digital fabrication AND beautiful final finishing. Essential Skills We are looking for strong experience in: Zirconia crown and bridge fabrication and finishing Advanced MIYO staining and characterization Natural tooth morphology, texture, translucency, and shade Veneers and high-end anterior cosmetic restorations Implant crowns and custom abutments Multi-unit and full-mouth restorative cases Digital AOX / full-arch prosthetics Milled zirconia full-arch restorations Zirconia and titanium bar-supported restorations Digital CAD/CAM workflows CNC milling operation and troubleshooting 3D-printing workflows Precise margins, contacts, contours, and occlusion Final quality control of fixed and implant restorations Our Technology Our in-house lab utilizes: VHF milling AG milling SprintRay 3D printers exocad Digital AOX workflows Milled zirconia Milled bars and frameworks Custom implant abutments Fully digital restorative workflows Exocad design experience is a major plus, but it is NOT required. If you're an exceptional finishing technician who understands digital workflows but hasn't been responsible for all of the CAD design, we still want to talk. We Need Someone Who Has professional digital dental laboratory experience Is highly skilled with zirconia finishing and characterization Has a strong eye for anterior aesthetics and natural-looking restorations Understands that a digitally fabricated restoration still requires exceptional craftsmanship Can evaluate margins, contacts, contours, occlusion, shade, morphology, texture, and overall aesthetics Is comfortable working on complex restorative and implant cases Can collaborate directly with dentists, designers, assistants, and other technicians Takes ownership of quality instead of simply moving cases through production Is excited about learning new technology and improving digital workflows Values precision, consistency, and craftsmanship What We DON'T Do No traditional dentures.
