We have a fully digital in house lab and looking for a determined, detailed-oriented and high energy and organized individual for the position of In-Office Dental Ceramist/technician to manage our ceramic and especially zirconia arch post-processing. Responsibilities Oversee and manage in-office CAD/CAM laboratory Digital design and fabrication of dental prostheses Chairside services including patient data acquisition, immediate provisionalization and esthetic try-ins Case load management and prioritization Quality control of cases Qualifications Skilled in zirconia esthetics (porcelain layering, stain and glaze) Skilled in greenstate zirconia shaping Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills Exceptional quality standards Preferred

• Dental CAD/CAM experience Preferred
• Knowledge of functional & esthetic tooth setups Preferred
• Experience with chairside denture conversions What We Offer Digital workflow education Dental material post-processing education Bonus based on production Holiday and Vacation pay after 90 days.
