In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise dental models and prosthetic components that form the foundation for restorative and cosmetic dental treatments. Your expertise will directly contribute to delivering high-quality dental restorations, ensuring patient satisfaction and clinical success. Responsibilities Fabricate accurate dental models, including complete dentures, partials, and implant-supported restorations, utilizing traditional laboratory techniques and digital CAD/CAM software. Assist in the creation of custom prosthetic components such as crowns, bridges, veneers, and removable prostheses with precision and attention to detail. Operate and maintain dental laboratory equipment including micrometers, CAD/CAM systems, and other fabrication tools to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with dental technicians and clinicians to interpret medical documentation, treatment plans, and patient-specific instructions for prosthesis fabrication. Apply knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and implantology principles to produce functional and aesthetic restorations aligned with clinical requirements. Support the digital design process by utilizing 3D CAD modeling software for accurate prosthetic planning and customization. Skills Proficiency in dental fabrication techniques including ceramics, removable prosthodontics, and full arch restoration. Experience with digital design tools such as CAD software for dental prosthetics and CAM software for manufacturing processes. Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy, implantology, and prosthodontics principles. Ability to operate laboratory equipment safely while maintaining high standards of infection control. Knowledge of medical imaging techniques relevant to dental modeling and patient assessment. Excellent attention to detail with a steady hand for precise measurements using micrometers or other tools. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding patient needs in pediatrics or general dentistry contexts.
