Responsibilities and Duties:

Use various methods to receive patient scans from Doctors Use our DIBS AI software to digitally clean and orient patient scans Use our DIBS AI software to differentiate gum tissue and tooth anatomy Use our DIBS AI software to digitally generate our indirect bonding trays and physically manufacture trays using state-of-the-art 3D printers Maintain effective customer interaction by ensuring contact with ongoing issues and managing open items Ability to read doctor requests & effectively communicate with clients and c o-workers Follow proper troubleshooting steps, ask clarifying questions, and discover underlying causes of concern Document all customer related interactions, steps and actions taken, and results and resolutions obtained throughout each interaction

Requirements and Qualifications:

Education:

High School or equivalent (Required) Some College (Preferred)

Required Skills:

All Necessary Training Provided Attention to Detail Highly Organized Quick Learner Ability to prioritize tasks, handle stress, and adapt to change Ability to work well in a team setting as well as independently

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency with Computers and Windows OS (Preferred)

Dental Laboratory:

1 year (Preferred) Our ideal candidate works well, both independently and on a team, is teachable and willing to learn. Applicants should be humble, helpful, and people focused.
