Your Role:
Prepare and sterilize instruments, ensuring a clean and safe environment Capture dental X-rays and manage patient records Educate patients about oral health and treatment plans Assist our dentists during procedures and treatments, learning as you go Help maintain an organized, regulation-compliant office
What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to learn Strong communication and interpersonal skills Great attention to detail and organizational abilities No prior dental experience is required—we'll teach you everything! Experience in a dental setting is welcome but not necessary Holds a VA X-ray Certification and CPR Certification (or able to acquire within 30 days of employment) How to
