Stang Family Orthodontics is looking for a positive, dependable, and energetic Orthodontic Assistant / Records Technician to join our team! We are a busy, modern Orthodontic practice focused on providing an exceptional patient experience in a fun, supportive, and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Take high-quality patient records, including digital scans, photographs, and X-rays
• Assist with new patient and progress records
• Prepare patients and treatment areas for appointments
• Assist the Orthodontist and clinical team as needed
• Maintain sterilization and infection-control standards
• Keep clinical and records areas organized and stocked
• Help create a welcoming, efficient experience for our patients and families
• Work collaboratively with the entire team and willingly step in where needed

What We're Looking For:

• Some Dental and/or Orthodontic experience is required!
• Experience with digital scanning, dental photography, and X-rays is a plus
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Friendly and confident interacting with patients and parents
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to step in wherever needed!!
• Receptive to feedback and excited to continue learning Orthodontic experience is preferred, but we are happy to provide additional training to the right candidate who already has a Dental background.
