We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dental Sterilization Technician to join our dental team. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient clinical environment by ensuring all instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms are properly cleaned, sterilized, and prepared in accordance with OSHA, CDC, and state regulations.

Responsibilities Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment Operate and maintain sterilization equipment (autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, etc.) Monitor sterilization cycles and maintain accurate sterilization logs Break down treatment rooms after patient visits, including proper disposal of materials and transport of instruments to sterilization Set up treatment rooms with appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment prior to patient appointments Maintain organization of instrument trays and clinical supplies Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols Assist with inventory management and restocking of sterilization and clinical supplies Maintain cleanliness of the sterilization area and clinical support spaces Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly Support clinical staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
