Job Overview:
As a Sterilization Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our dental instruments and equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to uphold strict sterilization protocols and would be assisting Dental Hygienists with patient care. This is a great entry position to the Dental field and to join a group of enthusiastic individuals who possess passion for improving oral health.Duties:
- Perform sterilization of dental instruments using autoclaves and other sterilization equipment.
- Maintain inventory of sterile supplies and order replenishments as needed.
- Set up and break down operatories according to protocol.
- Aid in smooth flow of the office
- Help with Perio charting .
- Assist dental professionals during procedures by providing sterilized instruments promptly.
- Follow established protocols for infection control and aseptic techniques.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a dental clinic setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Open Dental or similar practice management systems is a plus.
- Hard working and willingness to learn new skills
- Passion for helping others
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Pay:
$19.00- $22.
