Orthodontic Records & Lab Technician — Full-Time (North Seattle)

We're looking for a warm, detail‑oriented Records/Lab Technician who enjoys learning new skills and being part of a supportive, upbeat office. No dental or orthodontic experience? Totally fine. We'll teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is your attitude — friendly, reliable, and ready to jump in and help. What You'll Be Doing Welcoming patients and helping them feel at ease Taking photos, digital scans and impressions 3D printing patient records Fabricate retainers to help keep smiles beautiful Keeping lab, Invisalign and LightForce cases organized and accurate Supporting the clinical team with daily tasks Making sure patient records stay neat and updated Who You Are Warm, friendly, and great with people Clear communicator Detail‑focused and organized Positive, eager to learn, and dependable Comfortable in a busy, fast‑moving office What We Offer Full training — no experience needed A genuinely friendly, supportive team Opportunities to grow in the orthodontic field Health & dental insurance 401(k) Paid holidays, vacation, sick/well pay A Monday-Thursday schedule that supports work/life balance•
