Job Description

MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN BEAUTIFUL ALASKA!
  • up to $24,000 Signing Bonus, up to $6,000 relocation assistance, and $2000 CE credit per year with 2 year full-time commitment
  • Guaranteed day rate $1000 PLUS production bonus leading to $250,000 or higher in your first year
  • BUSY privately-owned 4400 SF family practice - great experience and mentorship
  • Opportunities for equity options, partnership, ownership
  • Are you looking for more than just an associate position?
My wife and I own a thriving, multi-doctor practice in Fairbanks, Alaska, and we're beginning the search for the right dentist to join our team with the opportunity to become a partner and eventually purchase the practice. This isn't a "retiring next year" situation. We envision a buy-in opportunity within 2 years and a total transition within 10 years. Our goal is to find someone who wants mentorship, a gradual transition into ownership, and the chance to lead a well-established practice when the time is right. What we're looking for: A dentist who wants to build a long-term career—not just collect a paycheck. Someone who shares our commitment to exceptional patient care. A person who values teamwork, leadership, and giving back to the community. Someone who fits our culture and genuinely enjoys building relationships with patients and our team. 3-4 days per week with a balanced lifestyle.
About the practice:
Established, large group practice with multiple doctors and hygienists. Modern technology and a highly trained support team. Strong patient base with excellent opportunities for clinical growth. Active involvement in the Fairbanks community and a team that truly enjoys working together. The most important factor to us isn't how many years you've practiced—it's finding someone who aligns with our core values and is excited to help build something meaningful in the community. If you've been thinking about ownership but would prefer a supported, gradual path rather than buying a practice on day one, I'd love to connect. Alaska is an amazing state for hiking, biking, running, skiing, snowmobiling, and even dog mushing. There is great adventure to be had and you will have plenty of time to explore while still making a great living. Fairbanks is also a small, safe town and great for families! If this sounds like an environment in which you would thrive, please respond with your CV, three references, and your favorite outdoor activity.
