My wife and I own a thriving, multi-doctor practice in Fairbanks, Alaska, and we're beginning the search for the right dentist to join our team with the opportunity to become a partner and eventually purchase the practice. This isn't a "retiring next year" situation. We envision a buy-in opportunity within 2 years and a total transition within 10 years. Our goal is to find someone who wants mentorship, a gradual transition into ownership, and the chance to lead a well-established practice when the time is right. What we're looking for: A dentist who wants to build a long-term career—not just collect a paycheck. Someone who shares our commitment to exceptional patient care. A person who values teamwork, leadership, and giving back to the community. Someone who fits our culture and genuinely enjoys building relationships with patients and our team. 3-4 days per week with a balanced lifestyle.

Established, large group practice with multiple doctors and hygienists. Modern technology and a highly trained support team. Strong patient base with excellent opportunities for clinical growth. Active involvement in the Fairbanks community and a team that truly enjoys working together.
