Job Description
Seeking coverage ASAP for at least a 1 month commitment with option to extend!
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday ; 8a - 5p Length of assignment : 1 mo commitment to start, then can extend indefinitelySetting:
Nursing Home Work Details:
General dentistry care to residents of senior living facilities and nursing homes within a 60 min radius of their home Exams X-rays Fillings Simple extraction ns Dentures new, replacement, repairs Cleanings (done by RDH, but provider must be willing to perform a cleaning if one is not available )EXTRACTIONS ARE MANDATORY
Requirements:
- Board Certified DMD or DDS
License Required:
AL, possible WTL- TB test or chest Xray within 12 months required
- HepB Vax required
- Flu/Covid referred, but if not vaxxed provider must be ok with a rapid test onsite
Travel:
- Providers typically will not be asked to drive further than 30-60 minute from their home
- Provider will cover 1 facility/day, possibly needing to address an emergency at another facility close by (rare).
