Valley Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery - Little Rock, Arkansas Valley Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is seeking a motivated, personable, and patient-focused oral and maxillofacial surgeon to join our rapidly growing private practice in Central Arkansas. Our practice was founded with a commitment to exceptional patient care, advanced technology, and a supportive team culture. We are a new practice experiencing significant growth and are looking for an associate with partnership potential. The owner doctor is an early career surgeon who desires a career long partner with a growth mindset. The owner doctor is not interested in DSO/private equity partnerships. The associate doctor will have their own state-of-the-art surgical suites (3) with clinical assistants for each room. Clinical assistants are experienced in vital sign monitoring, IV placement, assisting inhalation induction, management of an open airway, LMA and endotracheal airways. Orthognathic surgery and maxillofacial trauma surgery done at nearby hospital. No trauma call. Practice Highlights Modern, state-of-the-art facility designed specifically for OMS Full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery practice Office-based anesthesia with two general anesthesia machines and 8 surgical suites Digital workflow including CBCT, intraoral scanning, photogrammetry, and 3D printing temporary prostheses A young practice experiencing rapid growth with immediate case load for an associate Experienced clinical and administrative team Excellent earning potential with a clear path to partnership for the right candidate $350,000 base salary with a percent of collections $600,000-$1,000,000 first year earning potential dependent on associates proficiency Sign on bonus available Candidate Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible Eligible for Arkansas dental and anesthesia licensure Comfortable providing the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery and office based anesthesia Strong communication skills and commitment to outstanding patient care Why Central Arkansas?
