Phoenix, AZ The Company:

The Position:
Our client is looking for an Oral Surgeon to join their growing team. They offer the following compensation package: $450,000•525,000 Guaranteed First Year Salary Paid on Percentage of Collections Additional Bonus Opportunities Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance
STD/LTD 401K
with 3% match $2,500 CE Allowance Malpractice Paid by Employer Licenses and Dues Paid by Employer $10,000 Relocation Assistance Sign On Bonus Can Be Discussed (Case by Case Basis) W2 Position Only•1099
Not Considered Requirements:
Current Active Arizona License DDS or DMD Completed education in an accredited oral & maxillofacial surgery residency program
Responsibilities:
Monday•Thursday 8 am To 6 pm 4 Day Work Week Cover Offices in Cave Creek and Anthem, AZ No Hospital Requirements
